As project managers, we work with our clients to develop strategies, budgets and schedules; to assemble first-class teams of technical experts; to secure private and public financing; and to earn government approvals and community and editorial support. 

Haymarket principals and associates are expert and experienced in working with the government agencies responsible for planning, zoning, infrastructure and finance; in securing government incentives, such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF); and in coordinating and producing presentations for all audiences, including the highly technical responses to government requests for information, qualifications and proposals.

Following are examples of our work.

		Haymarket has worked with Friedman Properties on development and restoration of the historic River North neighborhood.  Haymarket has managed and assisted in complex efforts to acquire and redevelop high-profile projects, including the Reid-Murdoch Building (formerly Traffic Court), Medinah Temple and Tree Studios.  In addition to project management, Haymarket has successfully worked for government approvals and Tax Increment (TIF) and other public financing.
		During its of growth from a Chicago institution to the nation's largest Catholic university, Haymarket helped guide DePaul University in its extraordinary development.  Haymarket played key roles in the planning and development of the university's Downtown Chicago campus, suburban campus in Naperville, Illinois, and its historic, yet state-of-the-art, campus in Lincoln Park.
